Zee Salaam is an Indian satellite television channel for Muslims that is owned and operated by Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL). The channel was launched in February 2010. It shows programs including TV shows, current affairs, news, and movies in Urdu languages.
It was initially launched as an Islamic channel, but in 2014 it also started adding programming for non-Muslim viewers. Zee Salaam TV channel is also available online by using Internet live streaming.
The channel has added a new satellite, and GSAT-15 has good satellite coverage within India. It is available on the Ku-Band beam which can be received by using a small DTH antenna from the size 55cm to 120cm.
