TOM TV (Times of Manipur) is the first private satellite television Channel in Manipur to cover and connect throughout the world. it is the only private TV channel in Manipur by Lamjingba Group and the first of its kind new media initiative in the northeast and is based in Guwahati.
Methei is one of the two major tribes of Manipur along with Bishnupriya. The Gobinda (Krishna) temple at Kangla fort is very ancient at 400 years old.
The biased fake history taught at Manipur started by the British created tension between Meithei culture and Hindu culture, while the fact is Meithei culture is a nice mix of the local regional culture of Shanamahi and Vaishnavite Hinduism.
Each state of India adopted a different path of Hinduism with its own local language, customs build over thousands of years. That’s why Hindus believe in “Unity in diversity”.
This channel was added to GSAT 17 satellite. It is free to air channel that can be received by using a C-Band dish antenna.

I am unable to find the Tom TV channel on Tata sky.
Tried searching it using the name and the channel number 1973, but could not find it.
At 1973 there's a news channel called 'News live'.

It is found out that TOM tv is available at GSAT-17, 93.5 E. But I am unable to watch the same. Can any one suggest how to watch TOM TV. (Is it available in Free DD DTH platform?)
